This June, we're honoring the vibrant cultures, rich heritage, and incredible diversity of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples! It's a wonderful time to listen to Indigenous voices, learn from beautiful traditions, and celebrate the amazing contributions of these communities past, present, and future. Let's learn and grow together!

About our School

Joseph H. Kennedy is a modern elementary school located in the heart of Matheson. The school offers French Immersion and English classes from Kindergarten to Grade 6. The school has a beautiful library, a computer lab and a learning centre complete with a 3-D printer,  and a large gymnasium. Extra-curricular sports activities are offered during the day and the students enjoy the modern playground equipment during recesses.
